The challenge with this property was to make the most of the limited space in the home and yard. The Home Owners Association did not allow direct planting on the wall of the backyard, but the only view was straight into this brown wall, so I designed a large wooden structure painted with the interior green and added a climbing vine along with a water feature for visual and auditory ambiance.

I found economical ways to update the cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchen, and installed wood floors and cement pavers to give sophistication to the floors and stairway. Painted with rich wall colors, this home was transformed into a beautiful retreat.
